okay. that was absolutely a cheesy title lol. but really ar. Sg is really small! Went to catch Pirates at the Cathay, 2.45pm show yesterday. I was feeling darn sick, but i went out anyway. x_x Before the movie, love, dan and jh and i had lunch at ps kfc which was jam packed with sec sch kids. While the 3 guys bought food, i stood at the seats observing the kiddies behavior, seems like such a long time ever since i were like them. lol. feeling old le @_@
anyway we caught the movie at the grand cathay. kao eh, full of kids again. they made so much noise before the movie started. and such coincidence, love's friend+gf got seats right beside him. LOL. and even chun was in the same cinema as us la! jeez! sg is really so so so small~! Movie was nice, though not as nice as the 2nd and 1st, 'cause jack sparrow's screentime wasn't exactly alot :( and he wasn't that quirky too. to me, he was just....crazy. LOL. the undead monkey was super cute throughout tho. hahaha! But there were quite abit of scenes which were quite redundant and just plain ridiculous. :X like for example, when Calypso was released from her human form she grew into this giant and started to say something which just sounded like some rumblings, cant even hear -_-" and when will kissed elizabeth's leg ar, thats quite dots too. haha~ and the 10 years later scene was also quite . . . Got kid liao! o.O! 1 day ashore also so can have kid lol~
After the movie we headed down to pitstop cafe at circular road. went there to play board games 'cause we're bored people! =p the staff there recommended one of their new games called 'spy alley' to us. Everyone is a spy and chooses a nationality. then go around the board to collect disguises, codebooks, passwords, keys to complete the disguise and safely land back in the embassy of ur nationality. And the fun part - guessing correctly ur opponent(s) nationality, u will gain all their possessions. Whats most funny was when we started the 2nd game, love was telling jh jokingly 'im going to guess your nationality just like that, get first blood and elminate you in early game, wahhahaah!' and so the game started and everyone barely moved till half of the board, love went and landed on the spy eliminator spot and guessed ACCURATELY jh's nationality! 1 out of 6 chances ('cause 6 nationalities) also love got it correct. so funny la! jh's reaction made me and dan laugh even harder, cos he looked so bu shuang. lol~ damn funny! 3 of us laugh till pengz until cannot get up. then the staff came over and ask what happen LOL. when we told him, he was like "wah, so kio sai" lol! after that we played blokus (the triangle version), while waiting for our food to come. me and dan tied and won the game :) after that we played another, i can't remember the title -.-" 3 detectives, 1 criminal. travel around the whole map via bus, taxi and underground (Subway) to catch the villain. the 3 detectives must corner the villian and catch him in 24/25 turns. was an alright game. in the 1st rd, Dan was the villain but he got caught during the 1x round. 2nd rd, jh played the villain and managed to escape all 3 of us -_-" Mmm, overall i'd say pitstop cafe is much cosier than minds and settlers. much cheaper too! Mm, there is one game which i miss...which is ... Fischmarkt! (it means fishmarket) which we played at settlers holland v. was damn fun ar~
