whoa. been very lazy ar. didnt update for very long. i think many people think this blog is dead liao also. haha. nvm. i shall revive it. okay lets see...well, attachment started liao and also, 1 week has past. as many people may know, i really DREADED attachment, but no choice haiz. the LONG first week has just past.
did immunostaining on wednesday and felt really damn dejected. cos the mouse brain slices that i had to do immunostaining on hor, worked on it for 2 days (damn troublesome. got to block unspecific binding, then add primary antibody, then incubate overnight then add secondary ab then add substrate for fluroscence) then in the end, NO FLUOROSCENCE!!! (read: samples supposed to be brown colour, but came out white instead) OMG. me and yifang there want to faint already. T.T do until so cham nothing come out. KAO! then the whole lab people all know sia. super paiseh. feel very bad leh. haiz. then bo bian, redo. thursday (2nd day of the staining of the 2nd batch of sample) when going to add the substrate for fluoroscence that time, very very gan jiong. cos scared later color again nv come out. then got other ppl in the lab oso like concerned for us. haha. cos while we preparing to add the substrate, they came over and ask "how liao? got color?" lol. anyway to our relief, got color. HOWEVER, still puzzled and dun understand where did we go wrong while staining the first sample. shitty. next time must be EXTRA careful liao.
sian. need to update log book (2 log books) and prepare for next tuesday's "surprise" visit liao. boring! why do the weekends pass so damn fast?
okie. last paper ended yesterday :D was feeling super slpy n tired cos the previous day (wed nite) i slept at 4am. zZz. so anyway, yesterday paper ended at 11am after tat went to kbox ^_^ ziqin, yuting, yifang, kiat whye n me sang our hearts out till 7pm. reached home at 8pm :x
woke up late today. went to meet ling n seema at somerset for dinner. long time no see them ler!! ^_^ i was terribly late cos of the stupid bus. took so long to come and driver took his own sweet time. i dozed off on the bus countless time and when i woke up, STILL haven reach -.-" anyway we went fish & co at glasshouse. sat upstairs again (YAY~~~). halfway while waiting for our food to come, they cut the lights. o.O darkness. haha~ cos many ppl celebrating birthday :P so cool. hehe. got one group of secondary sch kids, one group of young adults, and 1 group of army guys. (at the top lvl only, bottom lvl i dunno) after tat there was a live band. YAY~~~ haha. 2 young guys, one of them looked alittle like bryan wong though and the other plays the guitar very very well. then after a super duper long wait, seema n my food finally came @_@ then after awhile one of the guys in the band ask anyone wanna volunteer to sing with them, den he caught us looking in his direction then he looked at us n asked "anyone from upstairs? dun hide~~ want to come down and sing for us?" LOL cos when he said "anyone from upstairs" den me and seema started to lean away from his view. haha~ (we were the only ones upstairs, need the landing where he could see us) anyway, chilled to nice music n quite okay food :x n of cos great company! :P after that, din wanna go home so early de, but nth to do zZz. friday nite nth to do. OMG. movie was out, pool was out, chiong was out cos didnt know where got free admission :X so in the end dilly dally and then went home lol~
oh. btw, if u din know, (u're prolly slow or not a fan of ff7 or just plain crazy) FF7 Advent Children R0X!!!!!!!!! One word to describe: SUPERB. A real treat of all Final Fantasy VII fans man. Awww...so nice lor...i tink i wanna watch again. or maybe just grab the dvd. Only thing is that why did they have to make Tifa so pretty ar? :X (it's just me xD i dun like her in the game lol) Yep, but really truly awesome!!!! So far have only had a mediocre feedback of the movie from one friend (in my opinion, he's just mad to give an "Okay lar") the rest of the people i know and have gotten feedback from, DAMN GOOD!!!! haha~ Hmm...okay some of u must tink im mad. pardon me, i cant be bothered to explain myself. lol. u'll understand it if a great movie was produced for a super good game that is your number one favourite game. ^__^ anyway, really truly enjoyed EVERY bit of the movie. but everytime i heard aeris' music really felt like crying T.T and really really feel like replaying the game all over again. that'll be the ...... 8th time i replay if i do. :X anyone got FF7 PC version? ^^;; a guy took my game and din return ~!@@!$#@%%$#%&
tEehEehEe!!! Went to see Lin Junjie at IMM today. i was there early, met sihan for lunch. heh. long time no see her ler so got lots of things to catch up abt. started to sit down and wait for him at abt 3:50pm++. zzz. sit until leg very suan. so i kept whining to her liao lol. then finally 4:50 liddat, wah peng. the infront ppl stand up. so bo bian, stand. -_-x (i ard the 3rd row liddat ba) JJ came at ard 5:15? couldnt remember lol. the last time i saw the watch was tat time i guess. he appeared in pink. yes, pink. lol. wad's with guys and pink these days ar? he wore a jacket that was light pink and a pink panter tee. tried to take some pics with my hp. but qi dao wo ban si -_-x got this si gin nah. stupid girl. stand on the railing, holding video camera, already block alot of ppl liao. she still keep waving her damn left hand. WAH KAO. feel like chopping her freaking hand off. chao extra~!!! and.....and.....IM DETERMINED LIAO. DUN WANT DIGICAM. I WANT VIDEO CAM!!!!!!111111oneoneone
after JJ sang some songs, gt the autograph session. but we din leave cause....sUrPriSe!!! HEHEHEHE ^_^ his good fren, junyang, is coming~~~ :P was really happy man. really din expect he'd come. mom did guess it though. last nite, she was like "maybe junyang will go leh? support his friend..." haha...she guessed it man :P ....anyway, when the dj said junyang was coming, alot of ppl scream. mostly is the jyfc ppl who had arrived from bukit panjang (i tink) and some other ppl lar (yours truly included). den the dj said something very funny "wei, u all come to support JJ or his good friend ar?" lol~ both can? :P waited super super long.....finally junyang came ler!! woot!!! when he went on stage together with JJ, i tink the guy standing right infront of me sorta regret coming. lol. why? cos me and the girl beside me started screaming. he started to cover his ears. wads worse is the scary girl beside me started pushing forward, towards him. her hand which was carrying the videocam was practically at his face! poor guy. lol. haha. too bad JY din sing any songs though :( but was still nice to see him hehe. and...he's shorter than JJ ar! O_O! surprise surprise. i knew he's short, but i tot he was taller than JJ :X another interesting fact was that, they met at SAJC (as u all already know) and they used to sing DONG LI HUO CHE songs together. haha!
Oh yea, forgot to mention. I SAW THE STUPID HAT GUY at the JJ's gig!!! He sang 2 songs somemore! ~!@$#@%%$&& Okay, for those of u who dunno. there's this guy i disliked alot in yr 1. he frequents canteen4 ALOT. why? call me prejudice but i just dun like his look. he's so darn fair (not that im jealous, i like tan guys anyway), always wears a hat/cap, never smiles. -_-x and most irritating thing was, that time in yr 1, i practically see him EVERYTIME i go to canteen 4. STUPID! yr 2 and yr 3 nv go canteen 4 liao so forgot abt him ler. THEN, that day dunno who was looking at junyang's friendster photos. so i oso go and see lor. HEY! O_O!!! there was one particular photo of 5 guys, including junyang. one of the 5 guys was him. OMG. -_-x" den i learnt from yifang & ziqin that he's from hai die yin yue, same as junyang. sheeshhhhhh...zzzz
yesterday's LSSS paper was crap. 9 topics choose 5. i read 6 topics, 5+1 backup. KAO. tio dua. ~_~ in the end, only 2 topics i know roughly what to write. the rest of the 3 hor, anyhow crap de. sheesh. stupid lor. lecturer qian bian. say bioreactor will come out, in the end...how come i din see any question on it? -_-x haiz. suan ler. they cannot be trusted.
wahhahahahahhahah!!!! just came back from comex =D first time ever, i went wif mom :P hehehe. means *hiak hiak* want wind, got wind. want rain, got rain xD teeheee. yep. so i got my 256mb rs-mmc+card reader, 25 pcs dvd-r and wahahahha finally a new HP printer. no need curse n swear at my epson printer liao. cos it's going to the dumps man! whee~~ now my hp not lag ler ^_^ happy~~hmm got some things i notice. when i went to the counter and ask for price of the mmc card. no one free except this si chao ah lian. if she wasnt the only one free, i couldnt be bothered asking her. her freaking attitude really turn me off. so okay, ask liao den i go off. when i came back, aiyo. sway. she still there ~_~ but i siam far far. go ask from a guy instead :D this guy quite good. help me find out some stuffs and recommend me better package. den help me test the stuffs everything. next time i die die oso go and aim guys to ask questions liao. 2nd funny thing. mom and i went to hp that section, wanna go see printer. then this guy approach us. then mom tok tok to him. sounds quite ah beng ah beng. but funny lol. then mom ask him "the printer will last long or nt?" -_-x so weird lor. obviously they'll say yes rite. but the guy said "shld la. my old hp use 2-3 yrs liao still okay" then later okay, mom decide to buy from this guy. only problem was...how to take back. somemore she need go back office, which leaves ME. I have to take it back ALONE. T_T~ den mom ask him again "Eh, can give me trolley or nt? easier to take leh with trolley" diao. lol. then he say "wah.....trolley only for those super big printers leh" then mom say "can lar, u give me, i ownself fix la~" then he dunno say wad. in the end he say "ah.....u go there pay first.....later i come" then okay go pay. then when pay almost finish liao, suddenly the guy appear - with trolley!!! LOL. then he faster faster help us fix den whisper to us "okay okay, hao ler...thank you ar.....kuai dian zou ler kuai dian zou ler~~" LOL....ooPs. hahahahah he was kind enuff to risk getting caught to help us xD haha after tat me and mom keep laughing to ourselves as we push the trolley and head back home :P
thank god the guy gave us the trolley. cos i carried the printer back carry until wanna die. i cant imagine w/o the trolley sia. pengz. :/
