...and for valid reasons too. people, being humans, simply have ulterior motives. i'm not trying to shoot anyone in particular but it's just something that i've observed. i just find that we, even though we may not notice it, indeed have hidden agendas. it may be very minute, or it could be a really strong motive, it may even be a motive that the person unknowingly sets down. these motives may not always bring harm to the other person(s) but when they do, they deal a great deal of damage. i don't want to give examples although i do have some in mind right now. i just i should just drop this thought now, before it consumes me.
..........on another note, cheeseng was explaining to me this game played with poker cards called inbetween. okay, maybe i'm a mountain turtoise, never hear b4 :X but it sounds damn fun to play although the stakes can get insanely high. he played it at his friends' house during CNY. the game starts when everyone bids $1. then everyone is dealt 2 cards each, which is facing up where every player can see. the objective of the game is very simple - get a third card which is in between the 2 cards given to you. (Ace is 1 and J is 11, Q is 12 & K is 13) after the 2 cards are dealt, players must bid again. (can bid up to the maximum amount, which is EVERYTHING in the pot) wahahaha~ here's where everything lies the hands of lady luck and greed. anyway, the gramps' greediness made him lose 100 bucks at one shot. lol. super funny~ but in the end, not so bad he didn't lose that much, deficit of 30bucks only. his 'hero' friend however, lost like 300bucks. lol~ *shakes head* gambling ish bad!
