ooohhh... went to love's place to 拜年 today. wasn't helping that i was feeling quite stressed out about it the night before. things just had to go wrong wrong wrong. -_-x i woke up early (many many hours before i was supposed to go over). ate lunch and watched a few episodes of naruto. bathed, got ready and left home. walked to the interchange to take 166.
waited...waited...and waited. 5 minutes...10minutes...15minutes...20minutes. kao! infuriating! 20minutes past and still no sign of the bus! the queue was lengthening and YET still no bus. WTH! then somemore was already past 4 le. (i was supposed to reach at 4pm!) i was going to be DAMN LATE! somemore, earlier in the morning, love went to buy tickets for the 4.50pm show at gv vivo. oh man. at that point i thought "this can't be happening!" i called love up, told him that the bus STILL isn't here yet. was feeling very peeved liao! after the call, i decided to take a cab. walked to the exit of the interchange nia, it started to rain heavily. great. what luck. -_-" now not only that i can't even flag a cab along the road 'cause it was raining heavily, i had to walk ALL THE WAY to the taxi stand which is outside macdonalds. grr. heng there weren't alot of ppl at the taxi stand. i was 3rd in queue. when it was my turn i got into the cab then the uncle ask me where i wanna go. then he suddenly said "eh i going jurong." wth. dun say earlier! at this point i simply wanna strangle anyone i see liao, just simply can't believe the type of luck i was having. i got on the next cab and told the taxi driver where i wanted to go. meh. i dun tink he knows exactly how to get to love's block. then he asked me which way i wanted to go by. alamak. i hate this question, not only because i always dunno which is the fastest route but because i feel it's the kind of do-you-even-need-to-ask-arent-you-in-a-better-position-to-decide-for-me question. LIKE HELLO? OBVIOUSLY I TAKE CAB MEANS I'M VERY LATE LIAO AND OF COURSE I WOULD WANT TO TAKE THE FASTEST ROUTE RIGHT!? STILL NEED TO ASK MEH! -__-x yeah, so i piah cab down and reached before 4.30. *phew*
after the visiting, love's dad drove us down to vivo and the 3 of us caught protege! wow. the show was really good. simple plot but leaves a very deep impression. it's quite scary and disturbing actually. scary not in the horror movie kind of scary but scary because the scenarios depicted in the movie are so everyday kind of scenario, can happen to you, me or anyone. *quivers* it was just absolutely heart wrenching. and the message was LOUD and CLEAR - DON'T DO DRUGS. not that i have ever considered doing drugs at any point of my life or anything but after watching the show, it just reinforces the "STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM DRUGS" mentality. Good show with star studded cast (Andy Lau and Daniel Wu leh! Daniel Wu damn shuai lor.). Super worth watching!
After the movie, love's dad brought us to thai express for dinner =) love's mom and bro came to join us too. hehe. the food was not bad. i liked the beancurd and fishcake thingy dish. :X and of course not forgetting the green curry which i like alot :P hehe. but hmm, come to think of it. thai express. i've only eaten there 3 times including this one. all 3 memories would be special - in their own ways. just like how the only 2 times which i intentionally went to open the letterbox and got a pleasant surprise for both times. One was the admission letter from nus and the other was love's vday gift for me ^_^;;
after dinner love sent me home and came over to 拜年. we ate nuggets and mutton curry with bread and watched abit of tv. damn sian la. holidays no good shows on tv. boring! hmm, okay. im quite beat. gonna head to bed.
