friday
the day started off well. love came over in the morning, though he didnt catch any shuteye the night before 'cause he was rushing his history assignment. poor baby. anyway we had breakfast and later just spent time together.
i left for sch at around 1plus, to go for the field trip. i really dislike bio D practicals. im always the 自闭 & antisocial self on fridays, during pract. i dunno why. i just cant seem to click with my group people. so basically the field trip just kinda sucked. maybe im being to skeptical about it but haiz. i dunno la. however, on a lighter note, it was really an enriching trip. (am i contradicting myself?) 'cause i saw so many varieties of marine life at changi beach! OH MAN~! Didnt know changi beach could see so many types of fishes lor! Each group was to send some ppl to go into the water and using a giant net, catch whatever they could. Basically there was ALOT of algae (seaweed) but if u look closely. GOODNESS! So many types of fishes man~ There was catfish, scorpion fish, tripod fish, sea cucumber, baby baracuda, baby eel, combjelly (a type of plankton), crabs, small squids and the list goes on. wah. really a great variety of marine life. And we oso learnt how their habitat, surroundings influences the way they look like (life cycle, form and structure). eg how a surface dwelling fish has features different from that of a bottom dwelling fish etc. interesting stuff!
side note: really could have updated this on friday. but i was feeling really torn(?), and not in the mood to update. due to there being many things on my mind. really, the worse kind of doubt is self doubt.
saturday
compared to my friday, my saturday was a completely different mood and feeling altogether! woohoo~..wahahahahha~ :P what a day man! i woke up at 11am or so. pulled my mom to my house nearby coffeeshop to eat duck porridge and dim sum (siew mai & chicken roll). but mom wanted to eat at outram park hawker centre. okie, so we went there.
reached there le, ordered cha kway teow and yong tau fu. damn nice man! then later 2nd round was DESSERT & Dim sum (叉烧包 & ha gao)! :D woot. the 叉烧包 is Ownage. nv eaten such nice 叉烧包 before sia. for dessert, i just had the usual 芝麻糊 (black sesame paste).
whee~ and after tat really filling brunch, it was off to SHOPPING - serious retail therapy! saw and tried many many clothes man~ wahahah! bought the lot which i tink were nice. hehe. and i finally got myself a new swimsuit. can throw my old, very chui one already. woohoo~ tink both mom and i spent like $280++ bucks combined. O_O! that's just insane 'cause it's totally unlike me and my mom. mom said that next time dun wan go out with me le. LOL. yea, actually im oso quite surprised i bought so many stuff. damn, something must really be upsetting me man, LOL!
after all the shopping from 1plus to 6.30pm++, i accompanied mom to eat dinner at chinatown before heading back to clementi to meet up with dear and the guys (dan and junhao). side note: you know ar, guys can REALLY REALLY be DAMN indecisive when it comes to deciding a place to hang out. LOL. there were like suggestions but each suggestion had an objection too! hahaha~ in the end, we headed for tiong, hoping to catch a movie as well as get a dessert. bah...no luck with the movie. so didnt managed to catch any movie. then we went to food court to grab a bite. the guys had dessert while me and love shared fried dumpling noodles. after that, we went to mac for ice cream :D (actually wanted to ben & jerrys from supermarket de, even koped the plastic spoons for it liao but in the end....see what i mean by indecisive. LOL its oso fickle! :X ) me and love were walking towards mac, dan n jh following behind. then suddenly both of us spotted a seat at the left end of the mac so we rushed like aunties to get that seat. me and love managed to reach it. i pulled one of the chairs out and then suddenly i saw someone stand beside me and pull the other chair beside me. i was like HUh. who's this person huh. so "auto", come and snatch my seats sia. i was about to look up and scold that person liao. but instead when i looked up, i got stunned. LOL! it was my stupid toot & 笨 tudi! LOL. what a surprise man~ he was there to watch death note with his friend. but he really scared me la! hahahah i thought which 莫名其妙 person, want to sit at my seat sia~
after that, we headed for home. dear sent me back. we reached my place downstairs and found a place to sit down. we had a really long heart to heart talk. Sort of resolved the concerns that were troubling us today and yesterday. Ah, im really thankful for times like this. really felt much much better after the talk :)
okay la. i had better end here liao. sian. getting damn late and typed this entry for SO darn long already. -_- my shoulders are still hurting from the sunburnt :( better get some sleep.
