whoa. been very lazy ar. didnt update for very long. i think many people think this blog is dead liao also. haha. nvm. i shall revive it. okay lets see...well, attachment started liao and also, 1 week has past. as many people may know, i really DREADED attachment, but no choice haiz. the LONG first week has just past.
did immunostaining on wednesday and felt really damn dejected. cos the mouse brain slices that i had to do immunostaining on hor, worked on it for 2 days (damn troublesome. got to block unspecific binding, then add primary antibody, then incubate overnight then add secondary ab then add substrate for fluroscence) then in the end, NO FLUOROSCENCE!!! (read: samples supposed to be brown colour, but came out white instead) OMG. me and yifang there want to faint already. T.T do until so cham nothing come out. KAO! then the whole lab people all know sia. super paiseh. feel very bad leh. haiz. then bo bian, redo. thursday (2nd day of the staining of the 2nd batch of sample) when going to add the substrate for fluoroscence that time, very very gan jiong. cos scared later color again nv come out. then got other ppl in the lab oso like concerned for us. haha. cos while we preparing to add the substrate, they came over and ask "how liao? got color?" lol. anyway to our relief, got color. HOWEVER, still puzzled and dun understand where did we go wrong while staining the first sample. shitty. next time must be EXTRA careful liao.
sian. need to update log book (2 log books) and prepare for next tuesday's "surprise" visit liao. boring! why do the weekends pass so damn fast?
