okie. let's start wif today. took an mrt down to novena. gave 1hr grace but then i reached in 30mins. damn early. den went to find the building. went there, speak to supervisor. den go lab. dr ma ask us go lab see microscope, count neurons in spinal cord. aiyo. so sian sia AT FIRST. (remember is really AT FIRST) see until i wanna doze off. den finally can eat lunch liao. woot. ttsh really nice. so many shops and things to eat :X food court, polar puffs & cakes, starbucks ^.^.... anyway after lunch, went back to lab learn how to induce epileapsy in mice. the lab person (yq) injected 10 mice as demo. den later he bought in 4 mice (females and nt normally used for experiments, just for us to try), one for EACH of us (me, yf and 2 other guys frm np oso) to try. alamak. so try lor. aiyo!!! i took so long to scruff. den when i scruff already, i dare nt inject. *recalls tst time i inject the mousey during immuno pract and i poked its blood vessel & it started bleeding T_T* den anyway yq guide me la so ok, in the end..I DID IT!!!! but hor, the whole time, from catching the mice to injecting it, my whole body was shaking. REALLY SHAKING lor. aiyo. so darn scared lol. one of the guys scruffed the mouse too hard till it died. lol!! :X sry...i noe the mouse damn poor thing but...still farnie...:X anyway, after the injection of the first chemical have to wait 20-25 mins den can inject 2nd chemical. the 2nd chemical i inject, diao. made it bleed alittle >.< ! den after tat have to wait for it to go into shock. yes. go into shock. super obvious. after awhile, u see the poor mice shaking as if it's on ecstasy. den it'll go mad. den start shaking again. and shld continue to shake. if it goes into shock and dies, nt successful (i.e. cant be studied and used as a model). so waited again. the other guy's mouse went into shock and died. yifang's mouse oso. my mouse le? too little dosage. go into shock liao den recover -.-" den bo bian after very long liao, still no shock, so had to boost it alittle more. WAH. directly after injecting booster shock, OMG. the reaction uber big & uber fast. it started to go mad. den jump super high. EH seriously it was high! the height it reached was >5cm above the container!!! the highest i ever see a mouse jump. and i xia dao. lol. i let out a scream. :X den after tat the mouse started shaking non-stop. yq's 10mice leh? 9 out of 10 died. aiyo >.< den the remaining 1 just continued shaking. and hor...super poor thing. they will shake until they tear. like cry le....wah...very ke lian leh. haiz. den after tat we learn how to extract the brain out from the spinal cord intact! wah. super hard sia. den yq ask who want to try -_-" one of the guys went to try. the rest of us laugh like siao. lol. cos he keep poking the brain. lol. okie...so tat was my first day at nni :/ dunno tml how...haiz. *worried*

but piggy dear cheered me up so much! he came over to clementi at 10pm to have dinner wif me =^.^= den when i went to meet him at the mac bus stop there, i haven even reach there gt someone suddenly appear beside me and hold my hand. lol~! haha~ dear so cute :D ate dinner at the interchange bus stop den dear walked me home. played tic-tac-toe at house downstairs the playground -_-" lol. -_-" cos dear tink i stupid. sure lose in tic tac toe but he is wrong. no one ever wins me in tic-tac-toe. lol. or rather. i never lose at tic-tac-toe. pls lor. who will lose? so ez to draw the game, how to lose? lol.
came home, decided to call the maxonline ppl again. wow. tis time, less than 3min gt ppl pick up liao. tink just now i really sway. ring so long, call so many time, no ppl -_-" kns. but anyway the person cant help me cos he cant find any problems yet :( but im VERY sure it's their side. cos tis morning nia cant work liao. mom used comp den she wondering why my msn nv pop up :/ sigh. so sad....my muse!!!
