How To Gain Weight In The Shortest Possible Time
Follow these easy steps to put on weight!!!
Note: Stop here if it does not apply to you. Read on if you're in serious need of weight gain.
1. Eat Fast food for 3 meals a day, everyday, consecutively for 1 whole week.
Example: Monday - McDonalds, Tuesday - KFC, Wednesday - Pizza Hut, Thursday - Mos Burger, Friday - Long John Silver, Saturday - Burger King, Sunday - Mac/KFC again.
2. Instead of 3 meals a day, eat up to 6 meals a day.
3. Snack as and when you can. Ideal snacks would be chicken wings (deep fried), burgers, fries etc.
4. Drink one cup of oil everyday. (hurhur)
5. Exercise like mad to build up muscle mass.
